  12. I just bought a  internal 28.8 sportster.

  14. I had an EXTERNAL Cardinal.
  15.  
  16. I thought it would be as simple as just putting the sportster in BUT
  17. now my Win95 hangs during boot-up (well it does in safe mode).

  19. Does my external COM2 port have a part in this problem?
  20. Is Win95 finding the old COM2 that the external Cardinal plugged into
  21. AND the "new" COM2 sportster, hence the locking up???

  23. I bought the system used and I have no documentation on my card that
  24. the external COM2 is on. I guess I need to remove or add one or more
  25. jumpers on that card to disable that port????
